So what happened to Saki VS Cavalari

Saw this was dropped from the card a week ago. Haven't seen a reason or a new date.

I'm not sure this fight was ever scheduled. as far as I remember there was a poster reading "Glory 2016" that randomly said "Saki vs. Cavalari" but there was no date or anything. in the press release from last year announcing Saki's signing it also said he would be given an immediatle title shot but it was never set in stone.

anyway Cavalari will defend the LHW title on Fight Pass on the next undercard against Vakhitov in a rematch.

it is bizarre indeed. they're announcing Saki vs. Cavalari alrady which means that Cavalari vs. Vakhitov is an afterthought right?

whatever happens they can give the decision to the reigning champ like they did on Van Roosmalen vs. Sittichai and Holzken vs. Groenhart.
