Is it mashed potatoes or can those even be considered a “side dish” in the sense that they are an absolute staple to any thanksgiving dinner?

I believe that green bean casserole is the GOAT of any side dish for thanksgiving. What do you think, queefs?

If Turkey is the main dish then I'll call stuffing the best side if cooked properly. Added sausage or whatever

Favorite common Thanksgiving food would have to be honey baked ham

Can the pumpkin pie even be considered a side dish? All desserts are desserts. Not side dish.

Good stuffing is something I can eat too much of, especially with gravy.

I can't wait to get my Murrican on and eat until I'm gorged and fall asleep

Green bean casserole is the unquestionable GOAT.

I made sure to buy cream of mushroom soup and fried onions ahead of time this year.

I don’t mind being a side dish for Paige Van Zant, Alexa Grasso, Andrea Lee, Ashlee Evans Smith or
Liana Jojua. In fact, that would be pretty damn nice.

My families stuffing. Better than the turkey IMO, but needs the turkey in order to be made.
Green bean casserole is a fairly close second place for me

In Britain the big turkey meal is on Christmas day. The best side is definitely pigs in blankets :)
Do you guys make green bean casserole? It looks like this:

You might call it crunchy creamy beany pasta or some other weird British name. We eat it on Christmas as well.

I personally prefer using French-style green beans.

You Eugenes are funny.

We have one if these once a week. It’s called Sunday Dinner.

Yorkshire puddings are the best accompaniment. But the parsnip runs it close.
