Ariel just asked Matt Mitrione if he had 1 fight left on his contract and Mitrione said he had 2 fights left, but would be renegotiating after his next fight because 'they don't let you get off contract'. I guess this is the UFC's response to the Melendez situation. I wonder what they would do if you don't resign at 1 fight left, shelf you for as long as possible? Offer the worst possible match up?
