They're the oldest black fraternity in America, also known as Sigma Pi Phi. Kaepernick is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi, which is a completely different fraternity altogether. You don't need to learn Greek, but you do need to at least get your news from places besides blogs and youtube videos.

WWE is way worse than UFC.
The contracted performers cannot even do an interview without Vince's OK.
They cannot do outside work (TV, films, commercials, appearances) without his OK
They work well over 200 days a year plus travel
They pay their own hotel and car rentals while doing a normal road tour (overseas and Mania week are different)
The performers get 5-8% of revenue

Until WWE has to re-classify, UFC & MMA companies are in the clear.

there was a small movement to get WWE performers to have to join SAG about 15 years ago. but it went nowhere
They would have health insurance from that
