Won't know until I can train. I'm lighter now than ever (or since grown up) but I've also been struggling to walk for 3 years and done no physical activity for a bit longer. I still have my Kung Fu uniform tho and once I get cleared and fully sorted by the docs I'm gonna try and get shredded and start some light MMA classes. Struggle a bit in the area as there's only a Gracie Barra local and I'm not going there as they can fuck off.
