This one is from the Live Shots album that was recorded in England in around 1980 while these guys were on tour billed English punk rockers The Clash. This was at the height of the punk rock scene over there kind you. Evidently it was a pretty wild scene and the two bands really hit it off lol..check out the tour photos from the album Interesting sound on this one....

A number of years back I caught a reunion concert of The Flatlanders (Joe Ely, Jimmie Dale Gilmore & Butch Hancock). Good times.

I was mostly unaware that country and bluegrass had reached the East to this extent. I find alll of the Asian stuff you post is interesting - there is some wild stuff out there!
