Will they blame Iran?
Has it begun?
could be historical
Let's not forget...
"Oil prices jump more than 3% on tanker attacks."
The people wanting war have nothing to loss and everything to gain by sending other people to die for there profit.
False flags are real yo
IMHO they happen way more often than not. Yet the MSM never ever ever considers such things to even be in the realm of possibility.
Jim Morrison's dad ran Gulf of Tonkin
I went to Muscat.
It was very humid
It is inevitable...whether this is legit or not...false flag or not
I liked Muscat. The Souks there are something else
I was there for about 6 hours and I remember it was really humid
US Blames Iran for Tanker Attacks, Says Tehran "Trying to Interrupt Flow of Oil"
Fucken country of savages. They need some civilization.
Do you ever get tired of being the first person to smell farts?
Since you are a expert on both, whats worse, taco farts or curry farts?
history does repeat itself with all these false flag
Burning of Reichstag - Hitler's excuse to blame the communist, escalation into WW2
Gulf of Tonkin - Vietnam War
WMD claims and 911 Terrorism connection - Iraq War
and now Gulf of Oman
I tend to believe this one isn't going to escalate. The administration is already feeding this story to its favored outlet.
Iranian vessel removed unexploded mine from stricken oil tanker in Gulf of Oman, US officials say
Also worth noting Shinzo Abe happens to be in Iran today and one of the ships was Japanese. Seems like this was meant to embarrass the regime in Iran or empower some of the hardliners.
This is a very strange one. It doesn't really benefit the US, Saudi, or Iran. It could support some actors inside those states, but its too sophisticated and too stupid all at once. This is unlikely to be a solo group as this would be hard to pull off (assuming put together recently) without state sponsorship.
Except Abe is friendly with Trump and the closest thing to a conciliatory move from the administration by proxy. Everything to lose and nothing to gain for anyone involved at the top of any of the cast of characters. Only side stories like the hardliners make sense, but how could they get away with it without being exposed? Very unlikely.
Iran has always been long game
I think the goal was to make the current Iranian leadership (not the Ayatollah, other civilian leadership, including intelligence services) look weak and this attack was put in motion either by factions trying to maneuver into political power in Iran or by Saudi or another enemy of Iran (including various terror groups) who have an interest in clowning them. To have a Japanese ship attacked near Iran while the Prime Minister is visiting is pretty obviously an insult. Could also be a group just objecting to Iran/Japan relations. But insofar as Abe was there as a US proxy, this could just be an attempt to inflame the US into attacking Iran. In which case it can only be Saudi or Israel behind it.
I just left there in May, while I was there I heard reports of rockets landing / shot down in my neighbourhood. No casualties.
Edited for spelling.
Who the hell goes there for a vacation?
Were you there for'work'?
I thought CIA was more subtle than that bro.
