Has anyone become more type "B" personality?

is it legal where you live? i've heard many a people say that they lost that feeling when they didn't have to worry about being arrested.

It was legal where I tried it. I miss Cali. Home high home.

I knew some type A personalities that were super annoying. They were always constantly competing with everyone on everything. It stressed them out always wanting to be the best and they ended up in depression because of this constant need to be the best. It ruined relationships and they appeared very insecure.

Probably best to be a combination of the 2 i think. Be competitive enough to succeed but relaxed enough to not let it consume you.

I had to look this up. As a psychopath, this does not seem to apply to be, however the types seem to be too obtuse. My advice to the OP is to just relax.
