Has there been any footage on Rousey sparring?

We have heard countless times that she drops pro boxers consistently during her camps but I cant recall ever seeing a single piece of footage of her sparring. Every Countdown or youtube video I have seen it's just been her hitting mitts or make-shift tennis ball double end bags. I'm wondering if Ronda spars much at all and if all these "dropping pro boxer" stories are just an intimidation method.

The video with her and BJ was only rolling. I'm talking boxing and kick boxing.

And I'm not saying she has bad stand up for that division. She obviously has power but always looks stiff with no defensive head movement. The girls she knocked out were also a wrestler and a bjj black belt, neither of which were known for their striking (McMann moreso after the Tate fight).

I agree she has little defensive head movement. I think she probably spars with good technique, but Ronda(and most girls) when they come to fight, THEY COME TO FIGHT. I think Ronda likes to just create chaos and react. I think it's what she does best.

That's a good point. The women fight with so much emotion that I feel like proper technique goes out the window at times and they just go after it. It's one of the things I love about watching wmma.

I got to watch some of Holly Holm's fights tonight and whoo...that's girl's striking is on another level.
