"Hello, and welcome to Heavy Hands, now proudly brought to you by Bloody Elbow! This is the only podcast dedicated to the finer points of face-punching. No mere fight hype here. No trash talk, no rumors, no discussion of how many dollars the fighters make nor how much jail time they should serve. On Heavy Hands, all we care about is strategy, technique, training, and the little things that make our favorite fighters so great.

Pat and I break down the skills that Pettis uses, but more importantly why he uses them. What's the mentality of an out-fighter? Why does he throw the strikes he throws, and move the way he moves?...."
