Well shit, a wonderful lady from work made me a buttermilk pie, so I had a small piece this morning. It was so damn good though. After work bourbon and bbq.

Leigh @Leigh you Englishmen should learn about buttermilk pie it's a southern treat, pretty much just eggs sugar and buttermilk, it's my second favorite pie after pecan

Yes but I went all out for my birthday, already back to my diet.

My friends wanted to treat me right and I didn't want to say no had a piece of pie gave the rest away some slaw and pig. And drank like a fish. It was a good birthday

that's one of the reasons why I hate my birthday.

I also hate when people try to force feed me the crap they eat. I eat a lot and eat everything that I want. if I want, I'll eat it. they don't understand that.

So I'm down around 50 lbs since January. Been getting bored and feel like my metabolism is started to slow a bit, I'm 195 looking to get to 175.

I IF most days eat starting at 4pm to 9-10pm, lots of veggies, lean meats, no junk, except Tuesdays.

Workout 5-6 days a week, yoga, bodyweight, kettlebells, biking, sprints. Can't lift heavy or run long because of prior injuries. Also do everything at home.

Help me out

Maybe add HIIT training to your IF? I know you can't lift heavy so how about slowing down the eccentric stroke of the repetition with the heaviest weight you could stand.

And maybe add in some isometric or dynamic exercises for flavor?

If your metabolism is slow, you could do a liver flush.
