General Hey guys - should I buy this motorcycle?

He just dropped the asking price from $17.5 k to $16k. Only 500 miles on it. Brand new they are almost certainly $25k plus after you factor everything in. Sounds like a STEAL. Thoughts?!?!?

^^^ Haha, man, I don't have the heart. The average listing price for that bike per KBB is $22,145, and the trade in value (i.e. what the darned auto sales place will low ball you at so they can sell it for more) is $17,650. And the bike has less than 1,000 miles. I've had a few bikes bought out from under me trying to low ball, I don't mind paying what is already a very good price.

Did go look at the bike yesterday. It had what I think was just water spots all over it. But I told him I can't buy it without getting a professional inspecting, and he said no problem. Its also got a bank lien on it, which could be hassle.

We shall see!!!
