Hiring Mexican workers to clean a park

Did you catch that at the end when he dropped the bottle and didn't pick it up. The park is now dirtier than it was before they were hired to clean it.
 
So there is some park that wasn't cleaned? Lol that is pretty messed up to the folks who want to use that park.

Hiring 8 dudes for pleasure and leisure is also weird he basically treated them like prostitutes. How is this not a trafficking crime to hire these workers it is basically a john and hooker relationship without the sex.
