Circumcisions

The people doing the surgery were high priests.

Although I'd be wary of anyone holding a knife to
my genitals during the bronze age calling themselves
an expert surgeon.

I'd be like "Nah bruh, I'm gonna wait till like the 21st century or so
before I let someone carve on my sack"

Thats just me though
That seems dangerous. Do you know what all those symbols mean?

Pretty much yes. I see maybe two biliterals I dont
recognize. Would have to look them up in Vygus

To put them all together and formulate a sentence that
makes sense is something else all together

Would need the relief/stela number it's associated
with for context, the original ssh (scribe) and a few guys
to pour over it with me.

Was Senet a precursor to chess? Do you think Trump would be good at Senet player like he is with 50D chess?
I don't think we can be certain. India had a major influence on Chess
If I had to posit a hypothesis it would be that it emerged like many modern
games. Kind of a collective input from everyone.

Borrow a little of this game, a little of that game and suddenly we have something new

Thats just my guess though. I have no real insight into the history of chess

As far as Trump... He gave me lots of tax write offs so if the man
is said to play 50D Chess then you'll get no push back from me. lol

Sounds like games and religion came about in a similar fashion. That's interesting.

Not on public display: A Peruvian elongated skull with metal surgically implanted after returning from battle, estimated to be from about 2000 years ago. One of our more interesting and oldest pieces in the collection.

We don’t have a ton of background on this piece, but we do know he survived the procedure! Based on the broken bone surrounding the repair and you can see that it’s tightly fused together. It was a successful surgery.

History is a passion of mine. I love reading about wise ancient people and learning their names. Some of the best ideas in the world were invented in olden times.

Please write a book with all your outdoors wisdom. One day, generations down the road, they will teach it in schools.

Very interesting! That would put it somewhere near the 1st Century
Just makes you wonder all the things people were engaged in
technological and social wise that we woudln't think.

Also looking at the way the fracture lines healed

Geez that looks painful!
