UFC female bantamweight champion Holly Holm has signed a multiyear contract extension with the UFC, per her longtime manager, Lenny Fresquez.

Holm, 34, turned the mixed martial arts world upside down in November, when she knocked out formerly undefeated champion Ronda Rousey in the second round of a 135-pound championship fight at UFC 193 in Melbourne, Australia.

Holm, a former world champion boxer, inked the new deal on Saturday in Las Vegas. It is not uncommon for the UFC to sign a newly crowned champion to a new contract.

"We have officially signed a multiyear extension with the UFC," Fresquez told ESPN.com. "That's all I can verify right now. We've signed an extension, and we're very happy with the extension."

Fresquez did not disclose specific terms of the deal. The UFC had not yet commented on Holm's extension.

Hopefully she's making some serious cash now.

I wonder what the UFC contracts state in terms of if you're allowed to turn down an opponent.

Holly has the upper hand because she destroyed the PPV queen Rousey, and that rematch is very valuable to the UFC and will probably be the biggest PPV of all time for them. Holly should tell Dana "listen asshole, I'll fight whoever you want for this contract but if you want the Rousey rematch, I want 5 million plus a cut of the PPV or else have fun watching me fight Bethe Correia you cheap cunt."
