Most of mine are kettlebell/crossfit based but here are a couple:

3 rounds
KB swings 20-25-30-35-40
Burpee bastardos (burpees then tuck jump) 30-25-20-15-10
- 20 swings then 30 burpees, 25 swings then 25 burpees etc.
Rest 2 mins between each round

2 press ups

2 Bodyweight squats

2 Shoulder taps (each side) - full press up position, tap left shoulder with right hand and vice versa

2 jumping squats

2 cross toe taps (each side) - full press position, right hand touches left leg and vice versa.

Rest 1 minute, repeat for 4 reps of each.

Rest 2 minutes, 6 reps of each

Rest 3 minutes, 8 reps of each

Rest 4 minutes, 10 reps of each.

30 minutes, every minute on the minute

Minute 1 - 12 swings

Minute 2 - 15 press ups

Minute 3 - 12 kettlebell squats

Minute 4 - 15 bodyweight crunches

Minute 5 - 15 kettlebell snatches

Minute 6 - 20 jumping squats

Repeat x 5

If you're a beginner and just looking to develop stronger core, lower body and upper body, this is what I used years ago to stay in shape for soccer and gymnastics:

Upper Body:

Dips, 3 sets of 12
Pushups (chest to ground, in a slow and controlled motion), 3 sets of 10 *modify if needed*

Sit-ups (NOT crunches, go ALL the way up, back down til your shoulder blades hit the ground): 1 set of however many you can do in 30 seconds
Plank for 2 minutes or 1 minute if you can't hold it that long
Flutter kicks for 1 minute or 2 if you have no trouble with it
Repeat two more times

Running up hills in your neighborhood definitely helped tone my legs

I'm by no means a fitness guru, but this is what I used in the past. It's a start =)

Yeah i just did this today basically cardio

No rest in between bar 30 seconds here and there when I was really feelin it

Ran half mile
Kettle bell swings x6-10 each arm
kettle bell shoulder presses x6-10 each arm
Squats w/ kettle bell x10
Jump rope like 1 minute at good pace
Repeat all 3

Then push-ups x15 (vary -- close grip for tri's, wide for more chest)
Kettle bell 1 arm chest press x8-10
No weight jumping squats x6-10
Jump rope
Repeat again

Then did some hip step ups I guess u can call them... basically cross one leg in front of other onto a raised platform next to you
Jump rope

Then stretched the shit outta my body. Felt really really really loose and stretched farther than I ever did before

Didn't really hit my back muscles with this workout other than with the swings so I guess I'll have to incorporate that in next time whether it's with pull ups or maybe kettle bell rows or both

It is definite that exercise is good for your health. But If you're just going to start it, then it will be difficult to know, where to start. It is also hard to avoid injury-causing exercises. So you should start with simple exercises at home. The following exercises are easy to do at home.
  • Squats
  • Lunges
  • Planks
  • Pushups
  • Pull-Ups
  • Shoulder press
  • Stackers
These exercises are very impactful on your health. These have less probability of injury. So, just start doing a workout and nail it.

Thanks for sharing this video. It is hard to work out at home but if you are consistent then it works well. I also share some home workouts which I personally do and this is really very effective.
  • Bicep Curl with Squat
  • Dumbbell Renegade Row
  • Up Down Plank to Squat
  • Plie with Rotation Press
  • Standing Cross Crunches and Squats
  • Dumbbell Bench Press Straight Leg Raise
  • Lateral Shuffle Touches
  • Transverse Side Lunge with Shoulder Press
  • Side Lunge Dumbbell Rows
  • Deadlift / Swing with Triceps Dip

Better than you !

Move your body more than you sit on the couch.

There, that is all that is required to be healthier and in better shape then most of the population.

I digress.
