General Hot sauce!

This stuff is great!

At first I thought it would be good to add to a salsa.

But I got used to the vinegar quickly, and the flavor came on with the hot. Notes of lime.

Can't recommend this enough. I'm not even into hot peppers.
This is wicked awesome. Half the bottle gone and it's heaven. The heat is about an 8/10 imo.

I use separate jars

They are pretty easy to identify so that wouldn't be an issue

but not sure I want hot rubbing off on mild

every week or two I open all the jars one by one to get a whiff
If I have anybody over here I make them smell it also

One of my favorite past times

I roast mine over charcoal before drying so they have a hint of mesquite smoke to them and char on the outside

We had loads of hot sauce at work. One of my coworkers lost his taste from covid so I'd buy all kinds of shit to see if it would kickstart his senses. Tried setting orange peel on fire too, it fucken stank the place out but he couldn't smell it.


Then I remembered I was a guest at the facility and owning company probably don't like me starting fires in the canteen and stinking the place out.
