I made one once, but then sold the house.
Will make another someday, hopefully adjacent to a creek on a new piece of property.

I'd love to do something like this. We moved to a new place last year and I have a little half acre pond and one side would be perfect for it. It's loaded with catfish and one huge goldfish though and the clay is suspended in the water so it stays real murky and you can only see down a few inches.

I think have a catalog here somewhere from a pond company, there are some products you can throw into it to clear it up, I will look for it.

Hell yeah that would be awesome! I've had people tell me to use gypsum but havent really looked to much into it yet trying to get the property in order and set up. Last nights weather added to that list but I get some free firewood out of the deal along with the opportunity to fix the chicken run I just got finished with.
