Rama is the protagonist from the Indonesian movie The Raid: Redemption as well as its sequel The Raid 2: Berandal. Rama is portrayed by Uko Iwais. I made some GIFs as tribute to Iwais' 31st bday 2 years ago.

Its pretty simple.
Matrix can be unarmed, a garden shed or roscoes Waffle House, it doesn't matter. It's the same thing. Matrix will turn waffles into a weapon.
Facing Rama at a table between plates of waffles, Matrix is hungry. He sure can eat green berets for breakfast.
That Rama drama queen ain't no green beret so he won't stop Matrix when it's breakfast time.
Matrix grabs him by the hair and slams the head on the table. Slaps a waffle on the face. Plants a fork. Pours some syrup for lube. Matrix by breakfast skullfuck FTW.
Time to eat waffles.

I'm undecided but leaning towards one ...
Rama took on a drug lord. Went from floor to floor up the drug lord's building. Took out the drug lord's henchmen who were lightly armed with firearms and armed with various melee weapons. Henchmen were veteran street thugs. Unlikely they received any military training.
John Matrix can smell peeps downwind, is too big/chunky to do martial arts (although we see him do a kata in opening credits, teaching his daughter, a young Alyssa Milano), but he, loaded to the gills, took out an island full of heavily-armed mercenary soldiers. Mercenary as in professional men-at-arms, most armed with more than a pistol or SMG. Matrix also took out Bennett, a fellow Black Ops commando.

John Matrix magics up a portal at the back of the waffle house and gets into the luggage hold. He then magics up another portal to get into the landing gear.
Using his magic portals, he appears behind Rama and drags him in, like The Spot from the 90s Spider-man cartoon .
