A lot of people didn’t evacuate when given time to do so
I wish the best for them but now rescue crews have to bail them out for being, I hate to say it, “hard headed” and not listening
The officials are saying that the communication infrastructure, in a lot of areas down south, won’t be fixed, it needs to be built again
