I think I smacked 800 once, usually it's in the 700s I saw a gif of sage doing a ninja kick that was mid 800s.

My aunts old boyfriend jimmy broke one of the carnival punch machines. It was probably shitty quality and i was a kid. But supposedly the trick isnt to hit it straight in the middle but more of a uppercut. You want the bar that hangs down to bounce upwards when you hit it. If you just make it fold back it doesnt registar as much power
