Strangely enough I'm pretty sure I'm the best person for you to talk to about this. Avoid q tips. They make it worse. I wasn't kidding about olive oil. It will soften up the gunk in there and then it can fall out naturally. That peroxide shit is great but not long term in my experience. Plus it tingles like a motherfucker.
