I believe the border should have several rows of land mines. After that many, many rows of tangled razor wire. The fence should be electrified and also have booby traps.

I hear you man. Not implying that you're the author, but that the source is dubious at best. It's an obviously ideological website with a name that doesn't even make sense. The federalist papers were what established the basis of centralized government in this country so small government protectionists should theoretically not be in favor of them. I'd wager that site name was chosen because 'Murica, but it doesn't really make ideological sense.
I have no doubt that site leans a certain way considering who referred it to me but if the story is legit, I just don't even know what to say.
