And part of that culture is boudin! I only eat it about once a week now, but would get a link with a Yoo-Hoo every morning before school. Our local golf courses here even have boudin. I’m proud to live in a small area of Louisiana where the best boudin is made. My friends up north have tried it and love it as well.

Cultural appropriation imo
Hey, I stopped at a small town gas station outside of Houston and they had boudin. The girl asked if we wanted any and I asked why. She said because she could tell we were from south Louisiana because of the accent. My buddy called her racist lmao

Never had any of that. I did make a sandwich with andouille jalapeno habanero serrano with fontina asiago mozzarella with onions sauteed in hot sauce. Seasoned with vulcan fire salt, black pepper, and ancho chile powder. A tasty bite of Hell it was. Burnt worse coming out than it did going in. And it burned going in. Even pissing burned I'll like I had chlamydia this morning.

Sadly I will be stupid enough to make this same sandwich again tonight.
