I had assumed that most of you were from the OG and had seen my DDPyoga thread but just in case I am wrong I figured I would post this.

As the title says I have been doing DDPyoga for almost 2 years. It is kind of a hybrid program that combines calisthenics, isometric resistance moves, and yoga forms.

I am in way better shape than I used to be and I think its a great program. If anyone has any questions I would be more than happy to try to answer them.

Hi Jay, I have seen your thread. The question I have is, what are your goals?

Curious as to what DDP yoga is, never heard of it.
DDPyoga is a hybrid program that uses calisthenics, isometric resistance moves, and yoga forms. very good for anyone with an injury or issues working out because while it is high cardio it is almost 0 impact, plus there are ways to modify most of the moves to accommodate for any problems someone might have.

I gave yoga a try a while back, found it helped with mobility when lifting weights, especially my shoulders. Don't do it much now but I still use some movements for warming up.

Tomorrow will be the last workout of week three of the program for me. I feel so much better since starting this. My shoulders and right hip are a mess and this program, thus far, has done wonders for all these. In addition my balance and agility is coming back. Loving this so far.

Just finished Fat Burner. It wrecked me. I got through it without taking any breaks so I'm happy for that small victory lol

yeah fat burner is a pretty good jump up from energy. My brother tried DDPyoga briefly and fatburner broke him. He called it "a whole bag of dicks"

Lol that's an accurate assessment, but it won't break me, just motivates me even more!

I'm not convinced you CAN lengthen muscle fibre. Flexibility is mostly neurological
Fair enough, in line with what I think about foam and other kinds of rollers, they get you past a sore point in a more controllable position*

*For want of a better word
