I can tell you the following go to a store or look at used ones and go with what you like. If you like an amp, although the brand is not cool or if people recommend a special respected amp but you don't like how the knobs handle or whatever then go with your feeling.
It will all be more or less good for the little money. The stuff that they're selling nowadays (small digital amps below 150€ for example) beats the FUCK out of what you would get 15years ago. Today - all the cheap little digital amps are okay for playing around. Try to get a foot-stomp to turn on/off the distortion. It's WAY more fun that way.
I'd rather worry about playing and practising more
Play so much that your fingerprints disappear and then come back with stronger skin. And play standing. And play "Face the Pain" hahahaha
A bigger amp you need for playing with drums (100 watts tube amp, used for cheap). Pedal: don't
need one. See above. Check them out and decide but focus on playing. Stuff is so cheap nowadays, why not get a flanger pedal, right?
