Which do you guys prefer and why?

I was talking to a friend of mine and she was telling me about how she plans on getting the new iphone when it comes out in a month and that she has always had iphones and loves them and it got me thinking as someone who has always had android based phones, which is better in real usage?

Not sure who has an iphone here but I know Splinty @Splinty is a google pixel man. What are your thoughts @Splinty(I know you are tech savvy)?

If I had bought into the iphone ecosystem early on I might just stick with it. Ever since the Iphone X there has been some better parity with android tech offerings. Things like the camera have almost caught up to pixel. And while Google has been awesome at dumping my stuff into a cloud backup for 10+ years, iphone does that now too (although its a little too proprietary). Iphone has a better airdrop process and has done a better job with the creative class jobs.
Iphone app store remains superior and easier to develop. And while I find google cutting edge on many usability features, they are constantly in beta.

Like right now, our own site has a chrome update fight with this text box. And I cant fix it. And this text box is made by a major company that uses internet standards. But every once in a while google engineers break major products just pushing stuff out half ass.

My friend is big in the apple ecosystem with a apple watch, airports, and iphone. She doesn't have a apple computer oddly enough, she uses a windows based computer.

I prefer Android because it's what I've used for the most part, but I think for most people Apple is a better choice. There are some things I don't want to give up by switching to an iPhone, but I recognize that it is better in some ways.

Ugh.
I always figured you were simple, but poor?
Good god, you’re even dumber than you are ugly.
I had a couple androids before I got an iPhone SE a few years ago. I liked it because it wasn’t the size of a tablet. I had it over 4 years before it took a shit. Got a good deal on an iPhone 7, so that’s what I roll with. I don’t use it for anything but phone calls, texting and internet. I’m pretty sure some of the android phones have better cameras, but the iPhone’s low resolution makes my wiener look bigger for dick pics.

It seems that nowadays phones are fuckin’ expensive and if I get a good deal on one, I’m gonna go with it.
I’ve gotten used to the iPhone over the past several years so I’ve stuck with them.
