Ok so I got injured at work and got sent home, missed a few weeks. It was a partially dislocated elbow. The injury has been nagging and is bothering me more than I feel it looks like it does and my worker's comp follow up is in three days. I don't want to seen like I'm faking so I want to make sure at the exam the injury still is legit. Is it possible to give yourself an arm bar? I'd ask a friend to do it but with the fraud and all, I wouldn't want to implicate anyone else and I figure I'd be able to control the amount of damage I do to myself. If this is the wrong forum, feel free to move.

Brace your arm across a post and push on the wrist.

Sit on the edge of your couch. Reach behind you, between your legs with one arm. Place your hand palm down on the seat. Your elbow should be facing up. Slowly, Sit down on the elbow. Hyperextend it until satisfied with the results. Clamp your knees together for a more realistic arm bar feel.
