No. I've seen it almost as much as I have seen Bloodsport, and it makes me laugh my ass off every single time.

(Side note that I always found funny, was when they show the plane in the air, even though it's a jet, it's overlayed with the sounds of a prop engine. You'd have to be a total dork with a dad who was a pilot to notice this, but I am what I am.)

Totally weird point, but there was a 'documentary series' called Why Planes Crash, and in the closing credits montage, they showed a clip of Flight 209 from Airplane!. It was literally just a second, but it was there.
