At first I didn't think Dana had the authority to kick anybody out that it was up to the venue, but I found out that Dana could contact security and they can make up a reason to usher him out of the venue.

When he kicked Ariel Helwani out, he said that Ariel would be welcome if he bought a ticket.

Say you are renting an apartment, you trespass someone and tell them you don't want them in your place. You then move into a new apartment, they are still trespassed from being in your place even though it is a different location, it's a grey area for sure.

You can trespass someone from an organization (and thereforeits functions), not just a specific venue.

At least that's how a DA splained it to me once. She said it isn't gray, but restraining order should follow to give it teeth.

No idea if true or if state to state.

Let's say I put on dances in different venues and someone has become a problem at each one.
As long as I am charging a fee and am responsible for security, I have the right to say who comes in. You have no right to be there even if you purchased a ticket.

I imagine Jake Paul's money is as good as Joe Blow's money.
