Jake Paul hears the critics saying his decision win over Mike Tyson was “rigged,” and the biggest reasona why is, according to Paul, because Tyson didn’t hit him as hard as he hit pads in training videos.
“People are like, ‘Oh yeah, it’s rigged because look at him on the pads but he didn’t do this in the fight,’ because someone is f*cking punching back you dumb f*cks,” Paul said on Impaulsive. “People don’t realize my power, and my jab and my speed and my ability, and my footwork to get out of the way of those punches, so then all of a sudden he’s throwing at, literally, air.
“He can’t land those punches on me.”
Paul won the lackluster eight-round fight with the former heavyweight champion to cap off an event streamed by over 100 million people on Netflix — most of which dealt with system and buffering issues throughout.
