Most of you have probably seen the videos of Jim sounding a bit crazy but I don't think enough people put enough thought into what he is actually saying

The guy lived a rough fucking life growing up, at 12 his dad lost his job and they had to live in their van.
The guy started doing comedy at 14 fucking years old

Anyways, the guy is fucking brilliant and really deserves more attention for his thoughts rather than being thought of as a fucking clown

Watch this speech, I know it's a bit long but he is saying some incredibly important things that I believe everyone can take inspiration from

Except everyone loves it and it has greater than 90% from critics and audience on Rotten Tomatoes. Everyone agreed it was great.

On the other hand the Cable Guy is at 50% from critics and audience. I don't think there's a more divisive Jim Carrey movie. People either love it or absolutely hate it.

I'm in the former group of course

His whole life is consumed by his gimmick. At some point it stops being a gimmick and becomes who you are. As for being intelligent its not hard to fool people these days. Alex Jones could be considered intelligent but that also doesnt mean he isnt crazy as fuck.

Pay attention to what they actually say
Alex Jones is pure disinfo, of course he is intelligent about certain things, manipulation being one

You may find the things he is saying in the posted video are crazy and you are entitled to that opinion
My argument would be this:
One of the things he goes into in the posted speech is how humans are driven by fear, that because of our ego we choose to take the easiest/safest passage rather than challenging ourselves and taking risks to do what we truly want to do (yes I know this falls into the beliefs of crowley/thelema Enock-O-Lypse Now! @Enock-O-Lypse Now! , personally I don't see that as a negatives)
That even when we take the safe way, we still fail, so fuck the ego, Do what you truly want and if you fail, so be it

To me that shit isn't crazy at all
That's fucking brilliant and something I feel I can take inspiration from

People disliked The Cable Guy because it was right after Ace Ventura and that is what people expected instead of a dark comedy.

It may seem obvious to you (and honestly its a great thing if it is imo) but I think you would be surprised by the amount of people who allow this to fly right over their head and pay it no attention

Whether it be obvious or not, it is true and something that more people need to be aware of so that it can become obvious to them as well
