Sure, but it's not here. Until recently, there were very few non-Indigenous black people who lived in Australia, and negative food stereotypes related to them would involve far more exotic native fauna. Lots of Australians would be aware of the stereotype from US media, but many would be legitimately unaware of it.
But KFC would certainly be aware of the stereotype when they were coming up with their marketing.
