I wish Dave didn't let people get away with that.
Just pick out one thing they don't want to talk about and ride him on it for the rest of the debate if he has to.
He's not super skilled, but he's likeable and usually right. It's strange how he has become the voice of reason for some really popular views. I'm not sure he's the man for the job but he has guts and usually the man we have.

LOL, "cock craving cream crank." Nice use of alliteration. Pretty sure that's Chris Williamson, though.

So Owen's great conspiratorial reveal is that a gay dude married to a Jew doesn't care for Islam for personal reasons? I mean, yeah, you would think. But then again, you have the Queers for Hamas Palestine smoothbrains...

That dude in the pic is a YouTuber, forget his name, but it's not Nick Cohen.

The point though I think is it's clear Murray carries water for Isreal/jews. Even before the JRE appearance I started to notice how he has never once mentions jewish influence on mass migration and influence on immigration policies of the west. And given that those are areas he is an "expert" on, pretty obvious he isn't an honest actor. Which makes him no different than virtually every Conservative.inc type of pundit.

Rogan's next guest:

The U.S. Civil War never happened.

I didn't see it. Did you?

All those books written about it? You can't trust so-called experts. They say 620,000 soldiers died on both sides. Where are the bodies? There are only around 15,000 graves in Civil War cemeteries, and we don't know who is really buried there anyway.

Anyway, Lincoln was the REAL villain of the conflict, even if it didn't happen.

Well you seem to be feeling a bit "yippity" as trump would say.
None of the people rogan had on such as Darrell Cooper denied the holocaust. ( obviously this is what your eluding to )
Now myself personally. I don't think that 6 million figure is even close to real.
If for no other reason than jews don't mind exaggerating the truth when it comes to their victimhood agenda. That's there thing.
As far as Lincoln. He was definitely the real villain of the civil war. If you believe the narrative pushed on that guy then I feel sorry for you falling victim to the brainwashing. Basically everything about that story is either a lie or been whitewashed.
The funny thing about the Lincoln thing is the counter facts aren't disputed.. at all , by any historian. They just get by on pushing one side.
I hear tom di Lorenzo dose some good work on Lincoln if you want to look into it.

I finished listening to the smith v Murray podcast on rogan and smith's response on his own podcast and I'm disappointed. Dave did exactly what I thought he'd do and talk a good game after the fact.
He had some ok moments towards the end but he should treat that as a loss, even though it was close. He should have wiped the floor with Murray.
Being polite is not an excuse. He could have pined him down better.
I'm getting sick of hearing him talk shit about how well he did after the fact. He had his chance to say that shit to his face.
He should have shut that shit talk down about Darrell Cooper right from the beginning.
He's way to sacred of falling into a trap.
Anyway. I do like Dave smith a lot. Just my opinion.

He was so great, I would love to get his take on todays world
Everyone with any kinda pull would try to cancel him because they'd expect him to go scorched earth on the "other side", but then be shocked when he went scorched earth on both sides.

Meanwhile, the sane masses of the public would love it.

He was a pretty severe lefty, even for him I'm not sure he could take a stand against the lunatics on the left in today's climate. He'd make fun of gays for Palestinian but he wouldn't condemn it. He would absolutely not be able to accept Trump for who he actually is.

Gen X literally grew up with Carlin, it would be interesting for us to hear his takes on today, but I fear he would have drifted into the same trap bill burr currently lives in. Too wealthy to be affected by his minority positions & too scared to step away from the pack.

If expertise doesn't matter, why does anyone care if their pilot or surgeon is a DEI hire?

I've been wanting to ask you a question ( 2 questions) in that AMA thread you had but forgot the name of it and can't find it in the search function.
It kinda has to do with Dr Mike isratel.
Are you still up for doing that AMA?
It could turn into a bit of back n forth so I understand if you don't have time for that.
Thanks either way.

I've thought about this before actually and unfortunately I think he would fall on the wrong side things these day's. Probably in a pretty bad way. Probably Sam harris level.
Did he ever have an opinion on Israel? Cos I wouldn't be surprised if he would have been all for them even though he was anti war. Whatever it would have been then is what it would be now x10.

Carlin was pretty bitter and nihilistic towards the end. Being forced to do a Vegas residency to pay off the IRS will do that to you, I suppose. I'm sure he would have said something that the left would lose its shit over; being offended is practically a sacrament to them. How he'd react to it, that's harder to call. Depends on whether principles or IRS payments win the tug of war.

The left adopted the sanctimonious holier-than-thou mentality that the right ran with during the 60s-90s, and he hated that mentality. My hope is he would have been like Johnny Rotten, sticking to his principles even when his "side" long abandoned them.

Or he'd end up a hollow shell of a eunuch, like Burr. Kind of relieved we'll never find out.
