Quite frankly, there are asshole servers who ignore them as guests. If you show them the same respect as you do to every other table, much more often than not, they realize it and tip well.

After spending damn near 6 years in the trenches of a kitchen....I tip depending on the service I receive....and I actually know the difference between 5 star service and otherwise.

So yes I have left a note on a bill that simply said "get gud" and penny on top for tip for shit service.

Also visiting Japan it changed the whole script seeing these people bust their asses for no tips.

All I was saying was if you're respectful, it usually comes back to you. If you're not, don't expect back.

I got stiffed by a 6 top of Packers fan in town for the game, which I believe was when bringing them their drinks, I referred to them as Da Beers. They clearly were not amused.

Well, it is true, it is just an observation, wrong or right. But it isn't racism.

Racism and rape, the meaning of these words have devolved into nothing due to its overuse by people who want to be victim.

Tpping ain't a real thing in Netherlands either. We leave the pay roll up to theor respective employers. I'm thinking they get paid decently there. Here in the US it is somehow a thing to tip people that get paid shit while no one asks these employers why. Tipping is bullshit. There, I said it.

You do realize the laws are different in the US right? Servers literally depend on tips for their livelihood. They get paid well below minimum wage. It's the only industry with such ass backwards shit.
