When I was a kid (not that long ago, baldies) us poor folk got free meals at school. But to a certain value. You couldn't go over it and get in debt.
most of the education budget used to go to teachers and lunches.
now it goes to administration and buildings.
but we just need to spend more...

Thats my point. Who gives a fuck about his motives or what we personally think. 75 percent of charity, especially on corporate or high level donations, is just done as a tax write. Its still better than people not doing shit at all.
