Victor Conte would know, I guess. Hard to think of a better authority on the subject.
he is a slimebag in some ways, but nobody has been more open about how to cheat the system...and few have been as successful.
He knows all the tricks and is/was on the cutting edge of anti anti doping techniques and strategy.
That said I hope Jones gets a decent suspension and learns his lesson...comes back Clean and gives it another try...but I want to see him fight clean and the last few fights he was not.
