Jon Jones just couldn't help himself.

The former UFC light heavyweight champion took the high road Saturday morning, wishing Daniel Cormier well in his recovery. But "Bones" added a little jab in late Saturday night on Twitter.

"So much for being willing to die," Jones wrote.

Jones deleted the tweet a few minutes later.

It's just a schtick, JJ knows everyone who really wants to know about that sort of thing will see it. But at a glance it's not showing negativity on his Twitter feed. So he gets the negative message out there for the hardcores and keeps it vanilla for the folks who aren't paying much attention... For example the Reebok's of the world.

Agree, but I don't really think DC is that. I think DC is a bad ass and thank him for making this a hate filled fight like I don't like Conor but thank him for making me so invested in his fights.........enjoy this kind of stuff because it won't always be this real........
