For those who don't know, it's basically a freelancer who gets commissioned by a restaurant to come in and review their quality of service and if the hosts, bartenders, and servers are doing what they are suppose to do. Not only do you get paid, but you also get full reimbursement of your meal. However I am not hired yet, but I plan on doing my first review tomorrow, which is what they base your hiring on. Should be fun.
