Still one of the GOAT films. Amazing pacing and blocking and one of the tightest scripts imaginable. I'd love to see it in its original incarnation on stage.

Sidney Lumet is one of my favorite directors and Henry Fonda and the rest of the cast is brilliant. Great meditation on justice and certainty vs. skepticism.

Watch it if you haven't:

I love courtroom movies, I have no idea why.
12 angry men, Few good men, A civil action, Class action, Lincoln lawyer, firm, etc...

All excellent choices.
ITNOTF is STILL underrated because of the undertone and implications.
Mockingbird is classic, just saw The Verdict last Summer.
It's like the story of my life without ever passing the bar exam

Interestingly, both 12 Angry Men and The Verdict were directed by Sidney Lumet, but couldn't be more different in their presentations of court drama. They are unified in showing how messed up the justice system can be though.

A few movies that I came across, hungover and in bed, that really were great were: 12 angry men, planet of the apes, and el dorado. If you get wasted and are hungover, those movies will be good for entertainment. And if it is in the winter time watch White Buffalo with Charles Bronson. Watch them alone and those movies will stay with you your whole life.
