I’m gonna say maga.

There was no reason for this person to get shot
other than he was doing things that could kill someone when he was shot, I agree.

both he and George had ample opportunity to walk away and not ruin/end their respective lives.

Were both victims equally innocent?
both were acquitted of immoral acts.

EDIT - might have misunderstood your question.

only one was a victim, the other got what they asked for.

So Trayvon was not the original aggressor. I think most people would agree that if someone follows you in there car then gets out to confront you...they are the aggressor.
Trayvon died because Zimmerman wouldn't leave him alone and escalated the whole situation.
Zimmerman getting out of his car is what escalated the situation. And if the prosecution hadn't been overzealous, he would've been found guilty of manslaughter and he would be behind bars right now.

the prosecution definitely over-reached, but proving culpable negligence would not have been easy. There were no witnesses to the event, and George could have easily provided 'additional details' which would have excused his culpability or negligence, at least to the level of reasonable doubt.

The police made the right determination, that there was nothing to contradict George's version of events, so any prosecution would be baseless.

One man had a gun.

Doesn’t seem a fair fight.

Considering man without a gun walked away..,..

the guy with the gun didn't bring it out until the other guy was trying to kill him.

that's the important part.

Oh, so he was leaving the area?

We will never agree on this mate.
according to the state and defense forensic experts, Trayvon was shot in the left side from a position leaning over George.
bullet holes in Trayvon's clothes had powder burns and residue, all physical evidence indicates that Trayvon was leaning over George, George was on his back.

are you saying that there's other evidence that supports Trayvon being further than arm's reach from George?
