UFC lightweight contender Justin Gaethje is the latest fighter to weigh in on the controversy and ‘Highlight’ doesn’t want to see ‘The Notorious’ suspended for a long period of time.

According to Gaethje, McGregor will be getting punished enough by ‘paying millions of dollars’ in inevitable lawsuits to the injured parties and wants to see the former UFC lightweight champion back in the Octagon asap.

Hard to kick someone's leg off when on your back with your head pressed against them the cage while eating elbows.

I think it's a damned shame that Saturday's fights have been marred by Conor's behaviour.

Quit taking the shine off the actual fighters and give them their limelight ffs.

An actual measured response about the Conor ordeal, in contrast with some that have gotten melodramatic about it. He seemed focused on himself, and good on him. He has a good chance against Khabib, no doubt.

With Gaethje's take down defense and Khabib's suspect stand up game, I wouldn't doubt that JG could pull off the win.

I don't think I ever watched that since it happened, and I forgot what happened,
but I'll take your word for it . One good thing about being old: seeing a lot of stuff.
One bad thing: forgetting most of it ;)

He’d be a huge underdog and live money.

Live money is 100-1 or more, otherwise it’s dead money imo

I'd bet on JG for sure. Styles make fights and JG's leg kicks could turn Khabib into a panic wrestler, and if he can't take JG down it's going to get ugly.

You say that like the Irish guy is even close to self aware of what an obnoxious dipshit he is.

I've been on the wrong side of liking the nose candy a bit too much, I can imagine being some superstar mixed with that just sent him off his tits a bit. He'll be advised to go to a rehab facility /support group and be back in the cage by the end of the year.

I was going to say something similar. Styles make matchups and I think Justin has one of the few styles with an advantage. To beat Khabib you need to be able to disrupt his movement forward. Justin is erratic (and crazy) enough to keep him on his heels. Khabib is hittable too. Justin’s wild, yet calculated attacks could be Khabib’s kryptonite.
