Damn that guy looks 205 easy! This guy needs to change camp, they seem to be ruining him.

He needs different people around him to make sure he is doing the right things from a training and dietary standpoint.

Hes made the weight before.
Yes, but he's 3-2 vs weigh-ins, 1-2 since he stopped working with Dolce (I think, maybe 2-2, im not certain of the exact timeline). That's a pretty poor record, in my opinion. Guy should consider changing something, either between fights, or in camp. I don't know if he gets too big, or doesn't cut right, or both even, but this isn't good for a young prospect like him.

This guy needs a nutritionist to craft a plan for him during his off season.

Forcing him to move up to 185 is only going to enable him to eat even more. He will look fat at 185.

I was shocked that he was nine pounds overweight. Not even sure how they messed that up.
He was already rehydrating at that point.

Terrible. Easily a great example of why there should be weight cut limits. Like you can only weigh so much fight night etc.

The problem with that, is guy's will come in dehydrated on fight night. Some dipshits will do a second cut, or limit their rehydration. This isn't an old sport, like boxing, a death in the cage on national TV or PPV will kill this sport. There's no perfect answer, in my opinion, but something needs to change! I'd like to see some sort of regular weigh in throughout camp, set the upper limit around the next weightclass up. Tie it to drug tests, pee in the cup, step on the scale. I don't know, I'm not a fan of weight cutting in general, but the guys cutting extreme amounts really bother me.

It's my understanding from reading Kelin's posts that he was on track to make weight but got too deyidrated (sc) and when they took him to hospital they gave him an IV which blew him up far past what he could do to make weight. I know this wasnt his first issue with weight cutting, and I agree he needs to do something if he's stay in that division
