Liddell and Griffin to coach TUF Latin America 3

The upcoming season of “TUF: Latin America 3” will feature an interesting wrinkle as retired UFC Hall of Famers Chuck Liddell and Forrest Griffin will handle coaching duties.

The UFC announced the coaching choices today.

“TUF: Latin America,” which debuted in 2014 as the UFC’s first Spanish-language version of the reality show – nine years after the U.S. version first became a hit – filmed its first two seasons in Las Vegas. The third will film in Argentina and will be produced in May and June, and the debut is slated for late August on regional TV partners and UFC Fight Pass.

been quite a few TUFs now where the coaches aren't going to fight.
Just checked the UFC rulebook, nothing about coaches having to fight.

Pretty sure forests book was a bestseller. Pretty good read.

well that's good news at least, even if my theory is shot. (I got banned from sherdog for posting in his book thread)

investments can be a killer, would be interested to know what tempted them both back into coaching TUF

Like everyone else on the planet, I don't watch this show. The only reason I had to acknowledge its existence is because they used to hold up belts and delay fights for ridiculous amounts of time (a healthy Frankie Edgar sat out a whole fucking year just to eventually fight tippy toes BJ for the 3rd time).

So any time it is coached by non-active fighters, it is a good thing. UFC may as well actually get these guys they are still paying for nothing to actually do something.

Long ago, I remember seeing a GIF or Vid Clip of Chuck, and it was from this same GIF but had multiple different versions of Chuck. Like With this same expression he had the Mexican Cowboy hat and caption read = El Chucko, had this same one with Chuck in a Astronaut's helmet and caption read = Astro Chuck and many more. I can't find that video anymore. It was hilarious. Anyone know what I'm talking about? Might have been a work of our very own renowned video artist @lookoutawhale , but I could be wrong. But for now we have these..
