HELENA -
Levi Brandon Richeson of Helena has been charged after allegedly using elk antlers in an attempt to stab his wife.

Richeson, 37 years old, reportedly tried to stab her after she refused to drive him to Teaser's Strip Club.

Richeson appeared in court on Tuesday on charges of assault with a weapon, aggravated assault, and partner-family member assault.

Court documents state that when his wife refused to drive him, they began arguing, and Richeson tried to assault her with the antlers.

The documents say that Richeson then had a friend drive him to the strip club.

State prison records show that Richeson is currently on parole.

He has convictions in Cascade County for sexual intercourse without consent, and in Lewis & Clark County for theft.
