The 20-year-old Kenyan is believed to have a rare disease that has seen his genitalia swell to 10 times the average size, Buzz Kenya reports.

The condition didn’t develop until close to puberty. Opiyo, from Kisumu County, was 10 years old when he first noticed a boil-like swelling between his legs.
Over time the condition only worsened, and now it’s having negative consequences for him; he’s unable to find love and ruling out the possibility of ever having children.
He even had to drop out of school, due to non-stop bullying from his peers.
Doctors are at a loss to explain the condition, and medical experts have had difficulty containing the swelling.
