If Nate wants to move up to WW then he should take time out and lift some weights. Build his muscle up until he can compete at that weight without being ragdolled around, instead of this wishy-washy jumping between weight class', which does him no good. It also wouldn't hurt to do some kickboxing, and learn to check kicks.
