But I wasn't eating crap, it was all yogurt, fruit, nuts, keto based meals. This was just my snacks alone I would buy each week.
My refeeds became legendary, I was actually pushing as far as I could to see how much I could consume and how quickly I would shed the weight when I went back to my fasting schedule. Going to start another cycle tomorrow, been eating like shit over the holidays.
