Mechanical Keyboards

This may seem incredibly nerdy, BUT I have never had a mechanical keyboard and have always just used the stock rubber dome keyboard that most people use. For the past month or so I have had reallllllly bad hand pain in my metacarpals. With my career that I started a year ago my typing has become faster and as a result I was slamming my fingers down on the keyboard. It was to the point where I couldn't even play video games for more than an hour (my favorite thing to do while my wife goes out and does her thing ) Some of the devs that i work with suggested a mechanical keyboard. At first I thought this was crazy but then I tired some of their extra ones and it felt great. If you've never used a mechanical keyboard, I HIGHLY SUGGEST IT!!!!!. Personally I purchased 2 Corsair K70's with MX Cherry Blue Switches (Clicky switches) and Red back light LED's and I have to say, it feels amazing to type on. My hands no longer hurt,m and its actually FUN to type again. Here are some shots on my keyboard, but either way I highly suggest a mechanical keyboard.

Love my Das Keyboard. Can never go back to rubber dome. I have one with Cherry MX Browns (silent) with the blacked out keys and one with Cherry MX Blues (clicky) with normal keys. Such a solid piece of hardware.

If you are a touch typer and haven't tried a mechanical keyboard, I HIGHLY recommend it. Worth every penny.

The Das's are really nice, a few guys ar work use them. Pretty bad ass using a blank!

I roll with the shitty Monoprice Mechanical (Cherry MX Blue) at home and a KUL ES-87 (Cherry MX Browns) at work. They are both extremely tits. I will never use a rubberdome piece of trash again
