Michael “Venom” Page (8-0) looks to remain undefeated to begin his exciting career, when he faces Charlie Ontiveros (6-3) in a welterweight contest at “Bellator 144: Galvao vs. Dantas 2” at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn., on October 23.

The bout will take place during the main card of “Bellator 144: Galvao vs. Dantas 2,” which airs live and free on Spike at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT, while preliminary bouts will stream on Spike.com at 7 p.m. ET.

Onteveros throws CRAZY shit and comes from a very decorated TKD background...he was similar to Sage in the fact he was a young phenom in some circles but proved to be hindered due to being out grappled..This fight has FLASH written all over it, and Charlie too possess unorthodox Side kicks and many spinning variations...This is classic example of similar martial arts backgrounds and could be fun...Dont be surprised if Charlie comes right at him..I have seen him fight atleast 5 times and on the feet is DANGEROUS...MVP hands are better imho but this could be fun..

meh, we all know coker is starving for talent. anything can happen I guess, but this fight shouldn't have been made(on paper). coker mentioned something about doing some international shows next year, I wouldn't be surprised if they are saving page for a show in Europe.. they could have liam main event, and page co main.. throw vassell in there as well. I think they can pull it off...

I wouldn't doubt them trying to hold one in brazil as well. they have the pitbull bros, lima, dantas, and tons of other Brazilians... we will see what coker can do next year. high hopes for bellator.
